Market Checks For PDO Halloumi Compliance, Supermarkets Say They Are Ready

Ministry of Agriculture officials began on Monday widespread checks in supermarkets to ensure compliance with the specifications of halloumi as a Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) product, following the expiry of the transition period for the disposal of old stocks.
