Cyprus The Only Member State Where House Prices Dropped In Q1 2021

Rents and house prices in the EU have continued their steady increase in the first quarter of 2021, going up by 0.4 % and 2.2 %, respectively, compared to the fourth quarter 2020.  However, in Cyprus, according to Eurostat’s House price index, for Q1 2021, house prices dropped by 5.8%, the only member state that recorded a decrease.
