Cyprus ranks among the first countries as regards the absorption of EU funds, and the European Court of Auditors has no comments on this issue, Court Member, Lazaros Lazarou, said on Thursday after handing over the 2019 annual report of the European Court of Auditors to Cyprus President, Nicos Anastasiades.
