GOLD Magazine: The Legal Issue

Over the last decade, Cyprus has succeeded in becoming recognised as an international business centre, in particular thanks to his excellent professional services, including those of major Law Firms. For years, the Cyprus Bar Association has not been alone in its repeated calls for reforms to the legal system and it would seem that the clamour of voices has grown so loud that the Executive and the Judiciary have finally listened and taken action. Reforms proposed by external experts have apparently been accepted by all concerned.
