HB Signs Business Transfer Agreement with CCB

Further to the announcement made by Hellenic Bank Public Company Limited, on 18 June 2018, that its final offer for the acquisition of certain assets and liabilities of the Cyprus Cooperative Bank Ltd was accepted by the shareholders of CCB at an extraordinary general meeting on 18 June 2018, the Company announces that it has signed a business transfer agreement with CCB in relation to the Acquisition and a subscription agreement with BRAVO Strategies III in connection with the associated capital raise.
