Joseph Muscat: Chapter 24 Should Open Only On Condition That Turkey Recognises All EU States

Joseph Muscat, Prime Minister of Malta, the country that currently holds the six month rotating presidency of the EU, called on Thursday, February 23 for the opening of negotiations on Chapter 24 with Turkey, on condition that Turkey recognizes all member states of the EU.
