Imperio To Launch Amalfi Residences in Limassol

Imperio, Limassol’s luxury developer, has announced plans to launch a brand new residential development this autumn.
The award-winning developer has secured land in Potamos Yermasoyias in Limassol and already has plans for eight new apartments in total.
Construction of the three-bedroom properties will not only present affordable choices for those looking to make a move, but also help to boost the regional economy by providing work for local contractors.
The new development named Amalfi Residences will be situated on an approx. 1,500 sqm site in Potamos Yermasoyias, just 400 m from the coastline.
Commenting on the expansion, Yiannis Misirlis, founder and director of Imperio Group, said: "As one of Limassol’s most respected developers, we are always looking for and receiving potential opportunities for developments and the fact that we're in a position to take on a brand new site at this stage is a reflection on the stability of our company. In addition to the new development, I can also announce that another site is also under study, and we should be giving more information to the public in a very short period of time.”
Imperio has recently completed work on the Noble Centre development in the centre of Limassol, and is well ahead of schedule for Belvedere Residences, Imperio’s residential development which features breath-taking views of Limassol and the Mediterranean sea.
