Antonis Rouvas Resigns as CFO of Hellenic Bank

  Hellenic Bank Public Company Ltd (“the Bank”) announces the decision of its Chief Financial Officer, Antonis Rouvas, to leave the Bank for personal reasons. Rouvas has served the Bank for the last 8 years and successfully guided Hellenic Bank through the crisis of 2013.

The Bank is initiating the process for the replacement of Rouvas in cooperation with International Recruitment Agencies who specialise in recruiting high calibre professionals. Rouvas will remain in his current position and continue to support the Bank until the completion of the replacement process.

The Bank will proceed to make all relevant announcements in due time, including announcing the relevant form under Section 135(2) of the Cyprus Stock Exchange Laws.
