Nikos Kotzias: No Guarantees and Withdrawal of Occupation Forces Fundamental for a Cyprus Solution

Greek Foreign Minister, Nikos Kotzias, has reiterated that "the elimination of the anachronistic system of guarantees and the withdrawal of the occupation forces are fundamental conditions for the resolution of the Cyprus issue," the Cyprus News Agency reports.
