Christodoulides: President to Meet with Chiefs of Energy Companies by July 22

Cyprus President Nicos Anastasiades is set to hold meetings in Nicosia with the chiefs of key energy companies by July 22 the last day before the deadline of the 3rd licensing round for blocks within Cyprus' Exclusive Economic Zone (EEZ), Government Spokesman Nikos Christodoulides said on July 3.
In statements in Pafos, Christodoulides also pointed out that Energy Minister Yiorgos Lakkotrypis will be travelling first to Britain and then to the US to hold discussions with the companies, which have already expressed an interest, the Cyprus News Agency reports.
