Lakkotrypis: Third Licensing Round for Cyprus’ EEZ to be Discussed in Israel

Latest developments in the energy sector and particularly concerning the third licensing round in Cyprus` Exclusive Economic Zone (EEZ), which closes on July 22, will be on the agenda of Cyprus` President Nicos Anastasiades and Energy`s Minister Yiorgos Lakkotrypis visit in Israel next Sunday.
"One of the reasons of the visit is the briefing on developments in the energy sector and of course the developments in the third round (licensing) is a very important fact, for which I am sure that the Israeli side wants to be informed," said Lakkotrypis answering to journalists’ questions in Larnaca.
