The company was one of just eight companies to be certified as a Top Employer Global 2016. For the second year running, DHL was also the only company to be certified in every continent around the world. The Top Employers Global Certification is a program organized by the Top Employers Institute, designed to recognize employers that globally create the optimal conditions for their employees to develop, professionally and personally.
