Christopher Stuart-Sinclair: Cyprus Could Be a Low Cost Jurisdiction

Christopher Stuart-Sinclair, director of compliance and regulatory services at IQ solutions Luxembourg, spoke at the International Funds Summit on May 31 about developing a fund centre in the current regulatory and geopolitical environment.
During his presentation Stuart-Sinclair said that to understand what has worked at other times and in other places requires insight into those circumstances. To aim to achieve similar success needs insight into what has in fact happened and analysis to understand what is relevant in today’s environment.
