Agathi Pafili Discusses AIFMD and the Future of the Asset Management Industry

Agathi Pafili, EFAMA’s senior policy advisor, spoke at the International Funds Summit, held at the GrandResort Hotel in Limassol on May 30. 
Pafili’s presentation referred to the AIFMD review, what is next regarding the asset management industry and the fund level regulation. 
Pafili talked about the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive (AIFMD), which is the EU regulatory framework for asset managers of investment funds not already covered by the UCITS Directive.
