“Hope For Children” UNCRC Participates in UN World Humanitarian Summit

  On the 23rd and 24th May 2016, the first ever United Nations World Humanitarian Summit will convene in Istanbul for a two-day session to improve humanitarian action around the world.  Global leaders will participate in several high-level roundtable talks as well as a number of special sessions and side events in hopes of reinvigorating commitment to humanitarian efforts and initiating concrete actions and commitments to better prepare for and respond to crises by sharing best practices and putting those affected at the centre of humanitarian action.
