Finance Ministry: Surplus Rises to €39.2M

  The finance ministry said that the government generated a fiscal surplus of €39.2m on a cash basis from January to February, compared with a surplus of €3.4m last year, mainly on increased revenue, as reported by the Cyprus Business Mail. The ministry also added that the primary surplus, which excludes interest payments, was €94.9m in the first two months of the year, compared with €71.1m in January to February 2015.
