BoC to Incorporate New Holding Company for Listing On LSE

Bank of Cyprus (BoC) is considering the incorporation of a new holding company to achieve a listing on London Stock Exchange (LSE), the Cyprus News Agency reports.
In a press release issued on April 11, BoC recalls that, as announced on 31 March 2016, Bank of Cyprus Public Company Ltd is pursuing a premium listing on the London Stock Exchange.
 "In order to achieve such a listing and to be considered eligible for inclusion in the FTSE UK index series, the Bank is considering the incorporation of a new holding company", the press release says.
