Tenders Invited for Science and Technology Park

The Energy Ministry has invited tenders for the development and operation of the Science and Technology Park at Pentakomo in coastal Limassol.
The tender is for strategic investors to lease government land of approximately 328,000 square metres for a time period of 50 years. Development of real estate, construction and engineering work and property renting and leasing should be included. The final submission date is July 29.
