Supreme Court Rejects Appeal on Shop Hours

Cyprus’ Supreme Court dismissed the appeal of the President of the Republic and the Council of Ministers in connection with the Parliament’s rejection of the regulations regarding the shop opening hours.
In its decision, which was taken by majority vote, the Supreme Court said that the appeal was not filed on time and thus it rejected it, the Cyprus News Agency reports.
