Omirou: Cyprus Should Exploit European Council Conclusions

House President Yiannakis Omirou said that Cyprus should exploit the conclusions of the recent European Council and convey the message to its partners that there will not be any progress in Turkey's accession negotiations, if Ankara does not implement its obligations towards Cyprus.
Speaking in Larnaca, Omirou said that “we need to convey the message to our European partners in a clear manner that any development regarding Turkey's EU dialogue, strictly provides for the fulfillment of the obligations our partners themselves decided in 2005".
