Cyprus and Armenia to Enhance Cooperation on Diaspora Issues

  Photis Photiou, Presidential Commissioner for Humanitarian Issues and Overseas and Armenian Minister of Diaspora Hranush Hakobyan agreed on March 16 on the preparation of a Memorandum of Understanding to enhance cooperation on issues related to diaspora.
