Casino Regulations Approved

 The House Plenum approved the regulations for the first legal casino in the Republic of Cyprus on March 10 with 28 votes in favour, one against, and 16 abstentions.
Akel largely abstained, while the government secured the votes of Disy, Diko and Edek.
The government may announce the preferred bidders as early as Friday.
