Cyprus Banking System’s ECB Emergency Liquidity Exposure Declines

  The Cyprus banking system`s exposure to ECB’s emergency liquidity (ELA) declined by €300 million to €3.5 billion, in January 2016 from €3.8 billion in December 2015, according to the Central Bank`s balance sheet published on February 22.
