Gold Magazine – Thinking Big

The cover story of the latest issue of Gold, out on Sunday 20 November, looks at some of the large-scale real estate projects that are currently under construction across Cyprus. Although one might expect Nicosia to have the lion’s share of the new high-rise buildings – the White Walls tower by French architect Jean Nouvel has already received international awards, while the remarkable President Building has been renamed Wargaming HQ and has been gathering accolades over the past year – Limassol, Paphos and Ayia Napa are actually where most of new luxury towers are being built, as well as marinas and more gold courses.

Gold showcases nine such projects, all of which are already seeing exceptional interest from buyers in a clear indication that investor confidence has been restored to the country and that the economy is finally starting to grow again. High-rise residential towers, soaring office blocks, two marinas and the integrated casino resort are in the process of changing the face and image of Cyprus. The magazine features photos of the projects, plus interviews with the developers.

As always, the latest issue of Gold is packed with interviews with people as diverse as Geoff Barnes, Samira Cook Gaines, Francisco Sottomayor, Michael Izza, Greg von Holdt and Maria Evripides  not to mention revealing conversations with Anna Koukkides-Procopiou, Michael Virardi and Maria Kyriacou and several others

Don’t miss issue 68 of Gold magazine, out on Sunday, 20 November.
